Chefline is a one-of-its-kind family-owned and operated organization, created in 1991 by Rajesh Ahuja.
Both directors, Rajesh Ahuja & Swati Ahuja, are alumni of IHM, Pusa, from the batch of 1990 and have backgrounds with Hyatt.
Their sons, Mudit Ahuja, an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu, India, and Sarthak Ahuja, also an alumnus of IHM, Pusa, have now joined the business. Both have received training with the ITC Group.
Manufactures kitchen equipment and sell it to five-star hotels and customers in that category.
- 2003 – The production facility was relocated from Delhi to Rajasthan.
- 2008 – A CNC Bending Press was installed.
- 2014 – A CO2 Laser Machine was installed.
- 2014 – A High-Pressure Forming Machine was installed.
- 2022 – A Fiber Laser Machine was installed.
