Kitchen Location / Sizing

Recommending a most suitable location for kitchen with regard to raw material inlet, food service outlets, natural lighting, fresh air availability etc.

Kitchen Planning

  • Identifying the type of equipment required in the kitchen to match the menu and covers.
  • Sizing and designing of food service equipment with detailed shop-drawing;
  • Preparing a kitchen layout to ensure proper flow of men and preparation, cooking, food service, dishwashing, pan washing, pantry, bakery, trolley parking etc.

Customised production of Equipment

Manufacturing of equipment as per requirement to suit the design, budget and specifications finalized.

Annual Maintenance Service of Equipment

  • Services on the basic mantra of 365 days x 24 hrs x 7 days a week.
  • A large inventory of the spares of many equipment of foreign origin backed with highly qualified technical support service team.

LP Gas System Designing & Installation

  • Estimating the total gas requirements to smoothly run the kitchen at peak load in most adverse weather.
  • Locating the cylinder storage room and working out sizing and specifications.
  • Sizing of L.P. Gas piping, valves, regulators and fitting, schematic layout for the piping.
  • Preparing detailed specifications for the complete installation as per IS 6044 (Part I) of 1971.

Engineering, Design & Installation of Kitchen Exhaust System

  • Sizing of exhaust hoods & ducting based on correct duct velocities.
  • Preparing schematic layout of ducting work to connect all exhaust with the exhaust fan.
